Abstract
We present a rare case of a giant mediastinal mass in early infancy. A 3-month-old infant presented with respiratory distress and was managed by surgical excision. The histology was consistent with an immature teratoma. This report adds to the limited literature on giant mediastinal immature teratomas in infancy and provides valuable insights for clinicians managing similar rare cases.
